They are making money from Minecraft by not just games but merchandise, licence fees, etc and with a movie that is coming up in I think 2019.

Gran Turismo 4 on Playstation 2 I believe, released December 2004 (12 years ago).
Lol you can't take this one away from Sony. Delighted they nabbed the publishing rights before MS jumped in!!
