You can contact them via message and even life chat, i had a life chat today i only waited 3 minutes to chat with the support, and he said he will take the feedback and pass on to the correct team. How ever more people should call up the problems with both games on PS4 platforms so they get resolved quicker.

I have no issues with Wofford on my pro in 1080p.

Have not ran into any frame pacing issues that I know of in ffxv on my pro.

I don't have frame pacing issues with the game and I just told them lol
