If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
If they have done that for WiiU they would have produced as many consoles in 1 year as they weren't able to sell in 4 years or so.
Hope this time they can keep a sale output that make good use of this producing capacity.

No aspect of Xbox One's backlash was fixed through hardware changes. If I'm not mistaken the only hardware changes we've seen coincide with backlash are blatantly prototype controllers
