You do everything in your power to make sure your singer eclipsis them other singers by plastering them all over TV. Making sure they are played all the time on radio, and making sure that when someone goes looking for a singer on youtube, your singer with their billion views is going to show up instead of the better singer who might have 1 or 2 or 10 million views. Uhm, nope Psy was the first artist to get over a billion views and he is not associtated with a massive music label. Getting over a billion views is really not that hard there are plenty of people that watch the same music video over ten times so you need less then 100 million of those to get over a billion views.
