Yup, it's a shame New Mexico abolished the death penalty in 2009. Now we will be wasting our tax money on keeping these clowns in the penitentiary

Trump is more rabid about enforcing laws on criminals. Some people call him the equivalent of the Philippine president.

As far as the death penalty is concerned, Republicans are more pro-life when it comes to abortion. Democrats are the opposite, they are more pro-life towards criminals. The Democrats want to abolish the death penalty, which actually protects criminals from death, but they are OK with abortion, which is a death penalty for someone who hasn't committed a single crime.

Ok, so I just finished reading it, and apparently Hillary's stance is that the Death Penalty should be limited to a few select or certain amounts of cases but not abolished outright because in some cases it is useful, viable option, and can even be the proper form of punishment. I will say that I agree with that, though I'd also apply it to the States as well as Federal.

Cases like First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, Child Rape and Murder (like the OP case) calls the Death Penalty, because 25 years to Life in Prison is too good for pieces of trash or severely mentally ill people like that. "Eye for an Eye. Tooth for a Tooth" Code of Hammurabi sort of deal like that. 

And as far as abortion goes... that's a whole other can of worms that I really don't feel like opening right now.
