If you like 2D - I would recommend Tales of Eternia for PS1/PSP or Tales of Phantasia for SNES/PS1/GBA/PSP

If you like 3D - I would recommend Tales of Symphonia for GCN/PS3/PC or Tales of the Abyss for PS2/3DS.
