Forums - Gaming Discussion - One man game - Lost Soul Aside

Yang Bing has released the first gameplay trailer for his upcoming fantasy action game, Lost Souls Aside. Lost Soul Aside is powered by Unreal Engine 4 and Yang has been working on this for two years. It looks spectacular – especially when you consider that it is created by a single person.

Looks like a really nice blend of Final Fantasy meets Devil May Cry and I'm honestly loving that mix along with it being used with Unreal 4. Blows my mind that it's made by one guy and he's managed to come this far already.

Can't wait to see what else he has in store to show and I hope he decides to take this to greenlight to get voted and make it onto Steam.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

I gota see this runing to believe it, this looks way too good andd way too big for something being done by just 1 dude. If this actualy runs and plays like it seen it does in this trailer then dam this developer is a genious and I want to play this game right now.

This game looks great

l <---- Do you mean this glitch Gribble?  If not, I'll keep looking.

I am on the other side of my sig....am I warm or cold?

Marco....

Holy god this looks sick af.

"You should be banned. Youre clearly flaming the president and even his brother who you know nothing about. Dont be such a partisan hack"

combat looks smooth.... well done for a single person to make a game like this.
As I said in the other thread, this dude must have worked 16hours a day straight for 2years in a row to get it there.

This is -extremely- impressive for a one man teams output over the course of two years. It's remarkable really.

I will buy several copies of it. Damn. He is talented.

I think that this, and other games like Undertale, Dust: An Elysian Tale, and Cave Story pretty much leave us no excuse to not give it a shot in life and try to make our dreams a reality. Also, HOT DAMN, this looks even better than the 2013 FFXV trailer, and that's saying a lot, no matter if my PC can't run this, I'm buying this day one just to show my support.

I'm now filled with determination.

This is insane but I seriously doubt a single person made this.

I will most certainly buy it as it looks amazing and exactly my kind of game. The story, dialogue, and voice acting could use some a lot of work, though.

How can we be certain that he's not lying, though? I mean it sure sounds more impressive this way. It even made it into the headline.
