Ks 143 thousand first picture, 134 thousand second picture. Only planet I found multiple pictures of, so it does a good job of showing the results are decent but far from perfect.

The largest planet I found a picture of is "Paradise" at 250 thousand Ks. If one Ks equals 50 meters, then that would make it the size of Earth.

Possibly, though the textures look a bit iffy in some areas, 4k won't really do much for areas with low res textures, though it will cancel out the game's TAA AA option and make the game much more sharper.

I'm on the fence for the price and how it's going to perform on PC. If it works really well on PC then I'll be waiting for a price cut.
