Keep denying clear facts and numbers. And calling mods, for what!?

I'll bet if Sony released a PS4 half the size it is now, sales will spike up to 6 mil. You watch, and see.

They probably will release a smaller PS4. PS4 Neo will probably have a new design and i can't see it being bigger. Plus there was a rumor about a PS4 Slim announcement at TGS along with NEO (like Xbone S and Scorpio).

It's interesting that PS4 outsold Wii U at all markets except Japan in its 1st year, while in Japan two and half years later, PS4 still didn't pass Wii U numbers.

PS4 will pass WiiU in Japan eventually.

Of Course it will, Nintendo abandon Wii U and they releasing new platform in March, but point is that still wasnt able to pass it even did that long time ago on all other markets.

Well if people expected it to sell more than the WiiU in no time you get those kind of comments. Secondly Sony delayed the PS4 in Japan and that should improve the launch sales especially if you allign the sales from launch but doing on par with PS3 that was doing horrible it's first years and people still remember as the console that was crazy expensive and had not much software releases I think one of the best JRPG's released on PS3 during those years was white knight chronicles a game most forget because it was a mediocre game.  I enjoy your Irish joy in looking into things...

It's true that it took the PS3 a while to get great games but the ones that did come out weren't cross-gen like they are right now on the PS4. Games that were released in its first 2.5 years like Metal Gear Solid 4, Hot Shots Golf 5, Gran Turismo 5: Prologue, Yakuza 3 and Resident Evil 5 were current-gen exclusives (no PS2 version). That did affect adoption rate from the PS2 to the PS3. Same point in time now the PS4 is still getting cross-gen games from major franchises like Tales of Berseria and Persona 5. Final Fantasy XV will be the first major game that will force PS3 owners to move on.

It's on track to match the ps3s peak year this year and next year looks very strong too for it.  It's going to end up not too far off ps3 lifetime,  which in the dying Japanese market would be a success.  

Not cross gen but cross platform, and yeah some games opened up with 20% sales like Resident Evil 5 on xbox 360. But the game list is difficult to compare especially when their was nothing like bloodborne on PS3 during that timen no SF exlclusive, A tales game? Nope that was (time)exclusive for Xbox 360, Star ocean? Nope was time exclusive for Xbox 360 etc.. I mean really a cross gen Tales game should be better for PS4 sales than no Tales game for PS3...
