Which is your favouritre inFamous game? Second Son for me.

The first one for me. Mainly the story, thought it was much better than the third one. Second one is good, but I really didn't care for the location.

Easily Second Son.

I played the first one many years ago and thought it was ok. I found Prototype 10x better. Then I got Infamous 2 through ps+, downloaded it, played it for a bit, but wasn't that impressed. I deleted it to make room for Nino kuni. I heard great things about Second Son but I had my doubts. After getting First Light for free thanks to ps+ I found it really interesting so I decided to buy Second Son. It's one of the best ps4 games I've played so far, if not THE best.

I recently redownloaded Infamous 2 (since I needed more infamous in my life) and though I'm enjoying it doesn't come close to the awesomeness of Second Son.

OK, GOWTLOZ, I won't leave you hanging this time

I'd rank them as follows:

1) Infamous
2) Infamous 2
3) Infamous: Second Son

Unfortunately for me, I found the games got worse as they went :(

The first game, in my mind, is one of the very best PS3 games. Great personality, nice mixture of platforming and open-world exploration, perfect pacing, and some great boss battles.

I admire the second game for improved graphics and UGC, but I found the pacing, voice acting, morality choices, story, and mission design inferior to the first.

With Second Son, I love the visuals. How could you not? I don't know if I've ever seen such beautiful lighting and particle effects. And I appreciate the way Sucker Punch streamlined the upgrade and mission structure. That said, Seattle for me was the most lifeless and tedious city of the bunch. The missions were boring for me and the morality choices either completely binary or uninteresting, or both. Some of the boss battles were good though. The final boss battle reminds me of the end boss battle in Metroid Prime, which is high praise :)

I feel the opposite. Sucker Punch vastly improved gameplay, graphics and feel of the city with each game. That to me is more important than story in an open world game.

2 for sure.

First one, although really good story, in the other departments wasn't anything too special sonce it had to lay the foundation for the series. Almost no variety for the side missions(basically the same three or four types of missions over and over again), Cole's character was rather bland, and the melee left a lot to be desired. The game is amazing, but it's the little things that put it behind 2 for me. 2 on the other hand fixed all of these by making Cole's personality more dynamic,. giving him an the Amp for melle combat, more variety to side missions, user generated missions and the addition of ice and/or fire powers to go alngside Cole's electric powers. Also, although the ending to 1 was amazing with that twist, whether you chose to be a hero or infamous, it didn't really change much. While in 2, the endings are vastly different and the infamous ending in particular was very emotional for me since I got attached to certain characters...

Second Son, in terms of gameplay and freedom is the best, but Delsin is not that great of a character and the story is rather forgettable too. Main villain is also nothing special compared to the previous two. First Light, thanks to Fetch being a pretty interesting character and the way we find out about her past made me enjoy it more than Second Son and also Neon is best power ^^ I love the series as a whole though, all the games are amazing(got all 4 platinums).

I guess for me it would be:

1. InFamous 2

2.InFamous

3.InFamous First Light

4.InFamous Second Son

The first game features the best story of them all. Second Son features the most addictive and enjoyable gameplay of them all. And yet, InFamous 2 has the sum-of-its-parts, where despite not being able to beat any of the other games in the franchise in specific departments, the whole game pieced together is way better than those two. So my pick is InFamous 2; one of the greatest superhero games ever made and among the best PS3 exclusives out there.

Infamous 2 + its vampires DLC

But Infamous 1, SS and First light are also great. Really an underrated franchise, I love Infamous!

It's either 2 or Second Son, but I'll go with SS.

Btw, I was disappointed to not see a new inFamous this E3.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

I liked them all equally I guess.

inFamous 1 had a great story and was an amazing start
inFamous 2 story was good and in general more to do, loved the improved animations
Second Son had great gameplay mechanics for Delsin but wished the world was a bit more alive, First Light story was better
