the game is over like DMC.

-Deeper combos.

-More gore and finishers types.

A free third person camera. And better bosses. GOW 3 was disappointing in that regard.

GOW III had some of the best bosses in gaming period.

To OT open-ended levels like Uncharted 4 is adding to the series, a new primary weapon and full third-person camera.

Not for me. There are tons of games with better bosses in gameplay, artistic design and meaning of the battle. Poseidon, Hades, Hermes, Scorpion and Zeus are just... underwhelming. The only ones that are really good are Cronos and Hercules. The first is just epic in terms of scale, and the second is a great 1VS1 fight.

I really enjoyed the Poseidon boss battle, one of the best introductory bosses in gaming. Hades was fantastic in gameplay and build-up, the introduction to his battle was chilling and he had an incredible range of moves and wsa both tough and fast. Zeus was fantastic, the first stage was fast-paced and intense and the final stage wsa challenging and varied.

I thought Cronos was underwhelming actually, for the same reason you think it was great. It had nothing to it other than scale. Hermes was also not worthy of being a boss and Scorpion was okay. But overall the boss battles were great.

But most people who played GOW III like the boss battles xD

Jesus as a partner character. Think of it as the ultimate buddy hack and slash game (like buddy movies). Change the tone and have a little fun for a while.
