Forums - Gaming Discussion - Koei Tecmo achieves record profit for 6th consecutive year

I'm not a fan of Koei Tecmo but its good to see a major publisher doing well. Nioh looks interesting.

Gief Dynasty warriors 9 and Fire emblem warriors!!

I would also be ok with Ninja gaiden 4... but i lost some trust on team ninja sans Itagaki.

Also of note, that I forgot to mention in the report, is that the Warriors series has now sold over 39 million units worldwide.

However, Koei Tecmo do not break down which games this includes. The previous number from a couple of years ago only included the core DW, SW & WO franchises so not sure if it's including that or not.

I've lost count of the amount of times you've said I'd like this but looks like I'm not gonna because it ain't on Steam.  Lol I can't imagine a world where I'm like,  "age of mythology,  I love that game but it's on ps4 so I refuse to buy it".

You're alive for about another 60 years I reckon.  Why spend that little time missing out on great experiences you enjoy.  Each to their own I guess.

Because to you dropping another £400+ on another system isn't that much of a bother to you, for someone like me it is, just like the reality for some on here is the same for PC, like you said "to each their own".

KT does have a few games on Steam in actuality, just happens they don't really care all that much to give them the full effort which was why I made my original comment.

Play the games not the framerate or the FPS limit.  Gameplay is king! You can get a ps4 second hand for 200 pound.  Pennies for a working man.

I play the games I buy the way I want to. £200 for a specific deal means having to force myself to like what I don't really like, which is why I haven't opted for any system so far in the past 2 years.

if gameplay is king how come you haven't opted for the opposite a lot more?.

Would love to see a breakdown of sales. I think the top selling Musou title would be Dynasty Warriors 4?

Was a fan of Koei but am tired of all the Warrior games. If you buy 4-5 warrior games a year it can get tiredsome, never really got far into one piece W3.

I have seen you say you'd like to play a ton of games that are on console but not pc. It's 200 pound for a lot of titles you'd enjoy. But even worse, refusing to play games that are on pc but not on Steam.

If you're a true gamer you play the games not the platform.

Me,  I have pc, vita and ps4. That literally covers everything I like.

Barring on performance levels that I go for, that isn't to say many along with price tags I don't really agree with either, also paying to play online.

You seem to forget why I even mentioned Steam games beforehand with the whole MS store issue.

I don't do Scotsman fallacies tbh.

I have my PC and 3DS to cover my bases.

Can you rewrite that to make more sense?
