Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Seems like Nintendo is switching to red

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1204370

Some months ago, some people reported new displays for in-store Nintendo sections :

And today, the Nintendo of America twitter (https://twitter.com/NintendoAmerica?lang=fr) completely switched to red his profile pic and banner

And the new logo is applied to videos too

Even the MyNintendo logo is white on red :

And the new Nintendo New York Store seems to have this new color scheme as well :

So, it looks like the day of grey Nintendo, symbol of Wii-DS era is over, and now it's back to its roots. What do you think of it ?

Grey is fine, red is too

Doesn't really matter to me :p

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

Getting back to those kickass roots! For the glory days!

RGB.

I've always liked the red background more so I'm happy to see it back.

Cool, now Nintendo is the Triforce of Power, Sony is the Triforce of Wisdom, and Microsoft is the Triforce of Courage.

bet: lost

Of course I prefer Red because It's my favourite colour but I also take this as a "message of change" from Nintendo, they Picked Red because 3DS is red and 3DS is succesful, Blue on the other hand reppresents Wii U and is certainly not what Nintendo wants to appear like. Also Blue is overshadowed by the PS4's Blue, so Now it's all perfect with Nintendo in Red, Sony in Blue and Microsoft in Green. we should consider changing the colours of the graphs in the home of VGChartz <.< also yeah, I know I'm reading too much into thins but I wanna believe that this is what Nintendo is aiming for...

Subtly aggressive. They have new management, so why not? They need to break the mold they've created for themselves so this appears to be a nod in the right direction.

Looks nice, definitely better looking than the gray imo. Nice to see them go back to their roots.
