Hi Guys/All....
I might be the only one but I loved everything - 8/10 for me because of missing Zelda and one more WiiU game.
I smiled start to finish - Paper Mario looks very good and great fun to me - I can see it working perfectly.
Star Fox massively improved - Yokai Watch looks fun too and I have never thought so.
If Zelda U still a Wii U thing plus they have another surprise I am happy with this year Wii U line up already!
Switch!!!
I am pleased! Everything expected and then some came. Best part was that it basically confirmed there will be no more Wii U games which means NX is coming along, and probably with many games to it.
Expecting a lot of greatness from the E3 presentation now though.
Hyped for #FE... though it is clear that due to low japanese sales it got a second rate treatment. The reasoning for no english voices is clearly a side-step to save money and has nothing to do with the game beeing in Tokyo, but a simple happy coincidence. I can understand, but it really dooms the title.
To comment on OP. Yeah, the Wii U is on the way out. We already knew this, but i am still expecting it to only be replaced in 2017. Nintendo does seem to be gearing up to support this NX device. Seeing the miitomo push they are doing makes me think more than ever it will be a Nintendo phone though.

They dropped SMT years ago (only small reference in title left), but this game even related somehow to FE series from the plot point. |
It's a bit more than that. The FE character renditions are the personas on this title. So, instead of having some random monster spirit, you got this dark Chrom, for example.

No they didn't. The gameplay is SMT and the demons are FE.

I disagree.

It hurts man. It hurts. Waiting for a TTYD sequel so long, yet they keep doing this shit. (loved SPM) |
I agree with this. I really didnt like sticker star.... I dont understand whats wrong with just makeing another normal rpg like TTYD was.
8/10
I especially liked:
Splatoon updates
Star Fox looking better
Star Fox guard is interesting
new Kirby game looks good
New Paper Mario game (looks good and looking forward to it, even though I would have prefered something more like the first 2 games)
Rhythm heaven
Would have liked a new Zelda trailer but I know its coming so I can live without it
edit: also really like the small Mario Maker update
Spending warm summer days indoors
Writing frightening verse
To a buck-toothed girl in Luxembourg
NES, SNES, N64, GC, Wii, WiiU, GB, GBC, GBA, DS, 3DS, Mega Drive, Game Gear, PS1, PS2, PSP, XBOX 360, Atari Lynx
7 out of 10
The way they are getting Dragon quest, Monster hunter to the west and believing in these titles
The 3DS is supported by a larger library, while WII U is supported by larger games as they keep expanding the ones we already have (Smash, Mario Maker,....ETC)
I liked star fox showing, Pokken also looks like a different experience than Smash
I liked this direct
For Wii U : (4/10)
#FE looked good. Starfox looked okayish (Project Guard added value I think, it went from a not buy to a okay buy).
For 3DS : (8/10)
Dragon Quest VII rework (its no longer a 2D sprite game) but a full 3D one = wow.
Bravely Secound looks amasing as well.
Monster hunter looked pretty nice too.
