The map is called "Andy's Dorm" by 'o CUJ0 o'. If you are interested in playing the map, you will need to add the creator to your friends list and there you will find it in his File Share on Halo 5. This is a good indication of how advanced Halo 5's forge really is compared to previous Halo's.
