Diebuster is really cool too.
The big three, One Piece, Naruto and Bleach were all really freakin' good when they were young. The quality of the anime really dropped IMO, I prefer reading them now :/ One Piece manga is probably my all time favourite though.
Clannad, HunterXHunter, Hellsing Ultimate, Full Metal Alchemist. Hmm. Elfen Lied, Samurai Champloo, Spice and Wolf, Slayers. Suzumiya Haruhi could probably be up there too.
