What PS4 game Should I Play Next?

Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin 7 31.82%

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD 9 40.91%

Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor 6 27.27%

Total:22

So, I just finished Bloodborne: The New Hunters and recently decided I was ready to put down Fallout 4 until the DLC comes out, so now I'm deciding what game to play next.  Now, I actually have about 100 games I own that I've never played, but I've narrowed it down to the following 3, each with their own reasons:

1 - Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin

I have this on PS4.  This is one of my three choices because I just finished playing Bloodborne, and I want something similar to it. I love fantasy, I love the uncompromising vision of this world, and Bloodborne is one of my all-time favorites.  Plus, Dark Souls 3 comes out soon and I have that and its players' guide ordered, so I'm looking forward to that.  On the flip side, there are some mechanics I'm not as fond of and I did play the opening bit and felt it was a bit clunky compared to Bloodborne.

2 - Final Fantasy Type-0 HD

I love Final Fantasy.  it's my favorite franchise of all time and everything I've heard about this game affirms that it will likely restore my love for the franchise leading into XV.  it's unlike the games I've been playing as of late, and that's refreshing, plus it's quite lengthy, and my work schedule allows for some power levelling.  On the flip side, it might be TOO long, and I'm not sure I'm ready for a game this lengthy.  also, that Dark Souls 3 is on the horizon

3 - Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor

Very different game from the other two, which are RPG's.  open world action is totally my bag, I've heard greatly good things about this one and how unapologetically fun it is, as a surprising hit from 2014.  Only real hesitation here is that...I hear it's quite unfair at times and straight up cruel if you make a few fatal mistakes early on, which can affect your enjoyment.

There are certainly other games in my collection I'd love to play, but not right now.  some of them I just don't care about right now or don't want to play, period.  Games like Knack can stay unused on my shelf for all I care, and whle I DO have Metal Gear solid V, I've never been huge into that series and I never beat 4 so that's not high on my list.

Also, I don't intend to BUY any games right now.  I have *Counts* 12 games on PS4 that are unopened or never played and a few more I never beat, so I'm not in the mood to buy.  Next game I BUY will be Twilight Princess HD with the wolf Link amiibo, so let's stick to the discussion between these three, eh?

Mordor, since you just came off Bloodborne. And I don't think Type-0 is as good as the other two.

As someone who played DS2 after plating Bloodborne, gonna have to say it will have a hard time living up to what you just came off of. Started slow for me, then I liked it a little bit, then got bored and stopped half way through. So that is a no go for me.

SoM I also got the plat for. Fun game and you cannot go wrong with if you want something more action based.

As for Type-0, have not played it. Heard mixed things about it and it just has not pulled me in so I can't say much. I will however recommend Tales of Zesteria if you are looking for a good JRPG to play. Got in almost 50 hours so far and loving it. Also if you are into Mouso style games, Dragon Quest Heros is a good one. I got about 60 hours of enjoyment out of that one and still have some post game stuff I can go back to.

Hope this helps!

Final Fantasy since it has pretty women in it. The other two probably don't.

FF0 or DS2

DS2 if you want to play a game for alot of time

or Middle Earth if you're into LOTR

I'm considered myself a FF fan but I didn't like Type-0 at all so I wouldn't recommend it
