I'm neither casual nor hardcore, I just like playing games.

Hardcore, but not in the sense that I game purely for challenges.

In terms of knowledge? Very hardcore
In terms of how much I actually play? Core I guess? I play a lot less than I would like.

Casual. I don't play that many games and usually buy them when they are at least 6 months old and on sale. Plus I spend most of my time playing Mario Kart and Halo online.

My idea of gaming perfection is playing Contra without the Konami code for hours on end. Hard core.

It seems like people decide that I'm casual, since I like to play games that everyone labels as casual xDDDD. I'm not sure what's the difference between those 3 terms. I like playing games, that's what I definitely know.

Guess I'd say I'm a core gamer. I spend a lot of my time playing games but I usually bounce around from game to game and I'm not that much of a stickler for hardware. There are some times when I pick up a game and play it obsessively for a few months, but other then that, I'll play whatever I'm in the mood for

I've been Hardcore since 1993, but unfortunately, i took a break from 2006 through 2014 due to high school & college.

I consider myself a core gamer, I play games daily, but it has not taken over my life (yet).

I consider casual every person who don't follow gaming news so every one here should be either core or hardcore
