Which is your favorite countries? I like starting out as Burgundy when I first try a new installment, then I move over to Sweden and lastly Byzantium - and that can be a total bitch to play!

portugal and try beat spain,
Poland and go conquer Africa
Switzerland and try to not die against all big country around
Japan and conquere all asia country.
I haven't played any Asian countries yet, but I played as Japan in EuIII and wanna try it again in IV

hehe yes, playing as one of the Daimyos IS quite entertaining! I've only united Japan one time and didn't invade mainland Asia, but I will next time!

My favorite run is Brandenburg -> Prussia -> Germany. Japan is also very nice to play.
My favourite games on the PC. Probably got ~500 hours on both III & IV.
