My friend was discussing about Xbox One purchase for Quantum break and Forza Horizon 2. He might not be happy. Exclusives makes a console desirable from those point of view who owns a decent PC. This is discouraging. Let's see how it turns out.

Maybe some will say that this is a smart decision because Microsoft can reach more customers if they to play their games on PC. However, there is a sense that the Xbox One has almost no real exclusives coming. 

Of course will come to PC eventually. I believe the early rating for PC is to cut costs by doing them at same time, but the release must be at least 6 months after the XONE release.

Rest assured, the brazillian governament leecher charges real money for the rating, so Microsoft would only pay for it, if the game was going to be released for PC.

That is probably true, since the site that the rating is in, is an official government site, its not just any company website.Sure, its not an official announcement, but its very likely its true.

But in any case, it won't come to PC for a while. This won't be like Tomb Raider, it will take 6 months to a year to come to PC after its XboxOne launch.

I don't care, this game looks fantastic. People should be glad more can enjoy it, not be glad it's for a selected few.
