FF XI was a 6th gen game and FF XIV didn't get most of it's praise until it was rereleased again into 8th gen ...

Edit: I'm happy with the way Konami is keeping a tight leash on Kojima since his implicit protesting is getting annoying ...

WoW is a 6th Gen game too so whats your point here? You didnt play the Last Remant espacially not on PC neither Nier

It's really bad for Konami when Yoichi Wada says their leadership is lacking. As a man who let Square-Enix go down the shitter for several years and has pretty much admitted to it, this guy knows what he is talking about.

What does WoW have to do with my point about SE's below average output in last gen ? If your not going to put up a decent counter you may as well stop responding to me because I have no need to derail this topic ...

As for The Last Remnant, it's designs are awful and it has mediocre production values ...

If only they gave him those 2 or 3 extra years to finish chapter 2 and 3 of Phantom Pain as Kojima envisioned. What a sendoff that would have been for both Konami and Kojima.

Exactly. He pretty much ruined them and has pretty much admitted and owned up to it. He knows what he's talking about at this point. Plus, it's just common sense that it's a negative thing to do, especially for business.

If anyone is actually defending konami, please find the tallest building in your city and launch yourself head first lol. I never liked Wada, but he is in the perfect position to know what a bad business decision looks like.

Konami has become such a terrible company. I think it is for the best Kojima left. Hopefully he will finds way to freely create new things in the future.
