Well they'd certainly gain more cash in doing so and more fans. It's that sort of game that deserves to be on as many platforms as possible.

XB1 is definitely happening, and I wonder what they're going to do in terms of cross-play.

I could see a Vita port happen. 30FPS, cut the weather (for some reason this really impacts framerate), cut down on the particle effects and you've made some big moves towards Vita.

Ever since Gabe Newell came out during that Sony e3 conference after he put PS down the way he did back in the day, you can pretty much expect anyone to back-pedal really, it can happen.

Except that Psyonix isn't a multibillion dollar company with hundreds of employees. They got shit to do and have to allocate their resources very carefully.

A release on Xbox would mean fracturing the install base at very little gain.
