Essentially yes. Both PS4 and Xbox 1 run dynamic resolutions on the horizontal but are locked at 900P(X1) and 1080P(PS4) on the vertical for both single and multiplayer modes.... Both are not locked at 60 frames per second with dips occuring and cutscenes running circa 30 frames per second.

OT: I can't really notice the difference between 1080p and 900p, I guess. But if I had to choose one version, of course it would be the best technically.

As much as I'm enjoying this CoD entry, seeing dynamic resolutions 2 years into their cycles and with the NX on the horizon, I'd say this will probably be the shortest console generation. Well I hope so anyway.

No, more pixels more sales.

Also, the frame rate was so similar I wouldn't give either an edge to either.
