I sold my home after I bought my Wii U so I wouldn't be a fan to both shelter and Nintendo at the same time. I'm glad I stayed true.

I think the simple answer is yes I think to be a fan of gaming in general you should play on as many consoles as possible for different experience.

You mean a stan?

well one could argue we all started as Atari/Nintendo fans lol.

Then franchised moved to other systems so it was only natural progression to own more than one.

Yes yes and yes

What kind of stupid thread is this?

No, if you own anything but Nintendo you're a disgrace and don't even deserve to live.

I hope you don't get banned for that comment because it's 100% the truth. Even though it ended in a joke.

First of all, we are all gamers. Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, Pc, it doesn't matter. We all play games and enjoy them. If you limit yourself to 1 brand IE Nintendo; you are limiting yourself to a single type of games. If you want to do that, then fine. But if you don't get to experience every type of game therefore you might be an ignorant gamer not knowing the games you're missing.

I think it's silly to limit yourself to 1 type of platform. I like to enjoy all the different types of games out there. Currently of the next gen platforms I only own a Ps4. I will eventually get the others to play Halo (which I love), Gears of War, Mario, Zelda, and Smash bros just like I did in the 7th gen.

Short answer: Yes. Stop being stuck up.

Currently own:

  • Ps4

Currently playing: Witcher 3, Walking Dead S1/2, GTA5, Dying Light, Tomb Raider Remaster, MGS Ground Zeros

Have had every Nintendo home console but of course even for me who loves Nintendo I don't think it's enough. It limits your scope of gaming so I've always backed it up with Sony since the PS2

The OP already answer this question. You can't just life with Nintendo games. Sometimes you need to move on when they make something bad and come back if they make something good.

A handheld gamer only (for now).

To be true Nintendo fan you have to praise everything they do. E-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g
