During capcopm's tgs livestream, the version of SFV shown has a bug where vegas was named BALROG (at 15min20s in the video)

Is it legit to suppose that balrog is one of the next characteres?

EDIT: my bad it is actually vegas name in japan http://www.capcom.co.jp/sfv/chara_balrog.html

but i still expect him to be one of the next charactere

Nah. Vega was always Balrog, M. Bison was a always Vega, and Balrog was always Mike Bison.... in Japan. I'm sure they'll include him, though. Here always been a fan favorite.
