Sorry, posting a gif isn't gonna change my mind. Many games look great at moments, but on average its... fine.
If you think Bloodborne is the best looking game... well... I don't know what to tell you.
Maybe Bloodborne has the best GPU calculated physics. You can have that if you want.

have you even played the Order or Bloodborne? The Orders engine cant even calculate more than one wolf per time, Bloodborne is open World and has plenty of enemies who come in all kinds of lifeforms by the way and it has decent graphics. From a aestatics level sure the order looks better but at what cost?
I am talking about the order because i am sure you think its best looking videogame

This is now a debate of pushing the hardware technically versus most impressive visual assets.
Gears UE is impressive because it has nice looking assets, its 1080p, and can handle a fairly large number of characters models in a fire fight. It has a some rough spots and other spots that look stunning. The polished presentation pushing 60 fps during multiplayer is nice as well.
Something like The Order is generally doing less but the assets look amazing, almost like you're playing a cinematic. That's a similar reason Ryse was given so much praise. That game had impressive looking assets and put many character models out at once.
In the past I argued Halo 4 is one of the most technically impressive games of the 7th gen but Naughty Dog games have better looking assets.
Perhaps you appreciate Bloodborne for everything its pushing on the hardware. But when we talk best graphics, thats more about how detailed the characters and environments are.
Personally I feel Batman:AK is the best looking game of the gen thus far. That's an open world game with very high quality visuals.
