Rayman 2 is my favorite game on N64, and, IMO, one of the best 3D platformers ever made.
I also loved Conker, Star Wars Rogue Squadron, Banjo Kazooie and Army Men: Air Combat (a lot of fun in co-op).

Oh man. I got an Ouya and it has an amazing N64 emulator. I spent a day downloading all of the n64 games I ever wanted... and I regret it. Games aged terribly.
