many people in here don't seem to know about the gba SP ags-101.

We know about it. But its screen, while better than the regular model, is not good enough and still worse than the DS lite. 

And that console is quite rare, but would be perfect indeed to play gameboy / gameboy color games.

when all is said and done OP, this is your easier option, get this and have access to gba/ds games, you can even get a special card for gba games which actually fits perfectly into the console (since gba games stick out a lil from the ds-lite.

Otherwise get yourself a psp of any breed and mod it up for emulation.

GB Micro would get my vote. All GBA games look glorious on that lovely backlit native resolution screen! One sleek looking little system too!

don't speak for everyone, just read the thread.  It's obvious many people don't know about it.

I can't believe people are saying the back-light model SP screen is worse than the DS Lite's. They where only released one year apart. They're basically the same.
