The entire football media were going bananas over the Eagles, with many of them claiming they had an easy shot at the NFC East and deep into postseason.

I dunno man, with Dallas playing sloppy yesterday and Philly looking like a bad joke, along with a myriad of troubles for the NYG and WAS : I think it's anybody's division at this point.

The Eagles tend to struggle against teams they blow off as "easy wins (Look at the Redskins game last year). All week I've heard Eagles radio talking about how they were basically starting 1-0 even before they saw Bradford play an entire quarter in a PRESEASON game.. There's another half so they can certainly come back, but they aren't looking pretty as of right now.

I stand by those words at the moment though. All the NFC East teams have had mountains of basketcase moments so far. WAS being only a score down from Miami was actually pretty impressive imho. I think I still have WAS picked as the 1st round draft pick, but I don't know. WAS may get 4-5 wins, and someone else will probably get 3 or less.

The Cowboys have a brutal schedule and are missing key players for roughly a month+.
The Eagles look like the ultimate Jekyll and Hyde operation, and an injury or two could spiral them badly.
The Giants have a ton of problems that I don't have to explain.

Maybe it's a 1 in 100 shot, but I could see the Eagles, Boys, and Giants all falling apart to the point that if the Skins put together some runs it could be like that situation where 8-8 takes the division.
