I think he's talking about how many months the PS4 has beaten the XB1 in those territories. Remember, the XB1 beat the PS4 by 13k one month this year in the US.

The UK chartz shows a clear advantage of PS4 games... they alreasy tracks way ahead the Xbone versions... it is not close.
