No, i'm pretty sure games with dynamic scaling were quite ambiguous about their resolution or only clarified upon release, "1080p" is quite unambiguous, especially since these games are less than 100 days til release and such recent statements would only serve as negative backlash if untrue...which they aren't.

lol it is not... MS is pushing hard the 1080p but when you see the game it is not FullHD but 1080p... it happened to a lot of games already.

Let's see which is the case of Tomb Raider.

Of the games that were under  1920 x 1080 on release, how many of their Game Directors said " This game is 1080p" 6 weeks before going gold?

3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m

I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.

It's my projection based on history and specs.  The only gameplay they showed was incredibly scripted and had little action.  Let's see how it looks in real gameplay.

I am not a fortune teller, but it is what I see happening.  You can choose to deal with someone else's reasoned opinion or throw mud like a monkey.

I don't think what you've provided so far qualifies as a "reasoned opinion". You go from "someone hates facts", only to then say it's just an assumption of yours. Bravo.

The gameplay they have shown so far doesn't show any sign of aliasing you see in games that don't use any AA. And they're not going to use AA for scripted scenes, and no AA when there's a more open action sequence. -__-
