Hi everybody, I was just on Amazon looking at some PS4 accessories when I came across this:

That's a pre-order page for an officially licensed media remote for the PS4. It's made by PDP and it comes out October 31st for $29.99

 

Just wanted this with anyone here who's been looking for a good media remote for the PS4.

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

No, I won't spend another €30 for a playstation remote... make the PS3 remote compatible, Sony!

The PS4 can understand the bluetooth signals of PS3 accessories, there are no excuses.

Yeah, I just pre-ordered it. I hate using the DS4 for playing blu rays and it'll be nice to have a volume control on the same remote you use for the PS4.

Plus, with PS Vue on the way this will make it a lot easier for people who don't game.

Ditto. Not sure what's so hard about just using the controller.

No battery drain for the DS4 while watching a movie / TV series. And you don't have to wait a few seconds until you can input commands like pausing the video... the game controller goes to sleep after a while and you have to wait until it reconnects with the console.
