It seems weird to me that, with an upcoming new piece of hardwere on the horizon, the 3DS schedule during 2016 looks more interesting than this year (at least in my opinion). I know that most of those are 3rd parties and 1st parties being localised, but I still find it odd.

I think so, also. Especially since a mainline Pokemon game is bound to be released next year.

I've lost a lot of hope in Fire Emblem Fates, but I'm sure that game is still better than all of the 2015 games, so yes.

I don't know Curtain Call and Etrian untold 2 sounds hard to beat, but FE fates looks promising.

OT: So far  we have Fates and Bravely Second.   Am I missing something?  16 will be equally weak to 15.

Etrian Oddyssey 2 releases next year in Europe, so no competition there :(

Basically, all those little changes they added in Fates makes me question if it will be good..

Such as: Removal of weapon durability, buffs and debuffs to weapons (biggest issue for me), reclassing and promoting changes, weapon triangle changes, attack and defense pairing changes, class changes, etc.

I'm sure I can defeat the region lock before the games release in NA (there is a way but i'm too lazy atm it seems like a hassle)
