This seems disappointing because reading the source, apparently, you can only marry one specific character while being dude on one of the two versions of the game (likewise for a female/female on the other version). Meaning if you play the wrong version, you can't pair a male/male or a female/female.

This is nothing new (other than marrying itself) for the series, though. Blazing Sword hinted at a menage-a-trois between three female members.

They want to avoid the Tomodachi Life controversy, maybe? Anyway, Rule 34 artist are going to have a blast with this game.
