My objection is mainly that, all of these Alien landing events seem to happen in America. Which just seems a little.. coincidential. 

Basically the reasoning was that there were many radio signals in the area due to the US millitary base nearby (actually the largest concentration on Earth at the time) and that must have interferred with their navigation

Careful. It's illegal in 17 countries to question any detail of the holocaust.

 Perhaps that is the problem.
