What a competent professional would do is to ask the next logical question, which is, "why do you feel that way?"  You cannot draw a conclusion without that information, you can only make a rather bad assumption.  In fact, making that assumption says more about the person making the assumption than anything else.

As far as that next logical question, there are multiple answers.  The one I've seen most has to do with people saying that they find it annoying or distracting in general, not because it's a female character doing it.  If someone said they didn't like the banter in Uncharted 4, would you assume that it's because they have issues with men?  Probably not.

Exactly what I thought. Characters talking add personality. May like or dislike the personality, but I am fine with them speaking.  Silent protagonist have to have really strong character design (ex: Link) for me to be fine with them being mute (yes, Link does shout, but never hear him speak...except in that cartoon *shudders* )

I love the character design in Horizon and cannot wait to play as her hunting mechanized dinosaurs.

I don't think she talks too much - I think she makes too many quips.

Well the devs said that there won't be any tutorials in the game. So I think in fact she talks in order to help us: her talk is the tutorial.

But they will always relate criticism to sexism when a woman is involved, when in fact those people that always relate anything with sexism are the ones that are the true sexists.
