do you even know, how math works?

xbox is at 12m units already
wii u is at 9m units

even if they don't sell any more consoles in the next 10 year, the ps4 need to sell 210 million units, to achive 90% marketshare

80% or more marketshare is not possible
only if sony pay a 100 bucks to buy an ps4

i never said PS4 will be 90%,jst put the optio in there

i never said PS4 will be 90%,jst put the option in there

i think they can easily take it now, even 80% is possible

even 90% might be possible if SONY break the bank and go nuts on Microsoft like Microsoft spent last generation.

but that's not even possible
not unless microsoft is going bankrupt tomorrow and sony got bought from apple and they will give one ps4 away with every new iphone purchase...

Xbone will sell at least 40m, Wii U might sell 20m, PS4 80-100m. I dont think that they will sell 155m again, and with MSFT's larger stake in gaming since the PS2 era I don't see a massive market share belonging to Sony this time.

No. TLG, Shenmue, and a FF remake aren't big system sellers. Uncharted is but we already knew that was coming, and Horizon could be too.

FF7 REMAKE cud easily sell 2million consoles

Yeah, I wasn't aware at the time that a FF remake would be so popular, but now I do think it will sell well.

No.

In fact, I think you should re-read some of your posts, because you are really desperately reaching for something here. Talking about Sony having GTA6 timed exclusivity in 2 of your comments even though that is not going to happen yet you're acting like it is confirmed.  It won't happen.

All of your comments are just "IF SONY DOES THIS AND THIS AND THIS AND, etc".

I could say the same thing about Nintendo or Microsoft if I wanted to.

The PS4 isn't even going to sell as well as the PS2. I have my doubts it will even reach 100M since it was already trailing behind the Wii in sales, and the WIi ended at 100M.

well the GTA thing is my prediction and my opinion for the future like you have yours 'its not going to happen'

you can have whatever opinion and so can i,so please stop it at that.if you want to debate why it won't happen then i am happy to discuss that point

well yes i have put sony doing this and that as people question me.

i myself think it will go to 70% and no chance of going to 90% but i just put it in there because of SONY's ucrrent dominance and some of it was also the SONY E3 2015 Press conference excitement

i also have the same this and that for micrsoft and nintendo,if nintendo does this or that then NX will be successful or it will be a failure.life is acutally about this or that decisions

again your opinion that PS4 won't even sell as good as PS2 sound like its set in stone like you accused me of,so please check yourself before pointing a finger at other

and comapring it to Wii doesn't make sense as Wii was an outright Boom and Bust fad,no brand legacy and just buy and throw product. And no third party and rare price-cuts and nintendo brand weakness Globally and Wii death in the late cycle and other things

PS4 on the other hand has biggest global brand and SONY is a global brands and almost $200 price cuts and SLIM and SUPER SLIM and biggest third party and first party and Call of Duty and Grand theft Auto and Final Fantasy and Uncharted And GRAN TURISMO and SONY support its console late in cycle and even after next generation console launch and PS4 long future hardware capability make it much much more viable then Wii as much as Wii is no competition atall

if PS3 and 360 and Wii can reach close to 100m then surely can PS4 actually much easier than them

as for 160million PS2 sales,i can understand if it doesn't reach it as that a big big hall but with GLOBALIZATION china, india, middle east, russia, south america, asia and today's consumer culture and high spending,it can easily reach 120million tough

Quick questions When will WiiU no longer receive market share for this generation? Or will it keep it's market share even after support for it has ended and the NX is released? When the Wii U was released was it added to the market with ps3 and 360? Or did it have 100% of it's own market since it did not belong to that generation? Since Wii U didn't replace the wii should the NX be allowed to to replace the wii u? Since after all it will be alone in it's own generation until MS and Sony release a new console.

If Wii U's market share is revoked because they are no longer supporting it and replacing it with the NX then Sony will for a brief period at least have 70% market share. If Wii U is allowed to keep it's market share and NX is given it's own market since it is a new generation past ps4 and Xb1 then Sony will have to sell a lot more consoles. Is it possible? Yes. Is it likely? No. MS is putting up a good fight. Then again people argued for days that Ps4 could never hold 50% market share and now we are here. So I'm not going to be sure either way.

WiiU will no longer receivcing additional marketshare when it stops selling and is discontinued

its marketshare is actually decreasing since PS4 and XBONE launch and will decrease further more over the course of the generation. It will though keep its marketshare for whatever unites it has sold even after NX releases.

WiiU was never added to 7th Generation comparision(PS3,360,Wii) as its an 8th Generation Console(PS4,360,WiiU) and NX will be 9th Generation(PS5,XBOX NEXT,NX)

NX will compete with PS5 and XBOX NEXT not with PS4 and XBONE

It's already at 70% and above globally in the continental Europas.
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2015-06-30-sony-ps4-market-share-frequently-greater-than-90-per-cent-in-continental-europe

"We have a very significant market leadership," he told VG247. "Well, we have market leadership in every country in Europe, and have very significant market leadership in continental Europe. Extremely significant. I don't think market share's any less than 70 per cent, and frequently greater than 90 per cent in continental Europe."

The PS4 is even outpacing the PS2, which represents a high watermark for Sony's console success. That old console has sold more than 155m units today.

Might be possible, the WiiU is going to drop out after all when the NX launches. And a 70-30 split between XB1 and ps4 is not that far fetched.

I would say 60-65% in the end of the Gen. My bet.
