Quick questions When will WiiU no longer receive market share for this generation? Or will it keep it's market share even after support for it has ended and the NX is released? When the Wii U was released was it added to the market with ps3 and 360? Or did it have 100% of it's own market since it did not belong to that generation? Since Wii U didn't replace the wii should the NX be allowed to to replace the wii u? Since after all it will be alone in it's own generation until MS and Sony release a new console.

If Wii U's market share is revoked because they are no longer supporting it and replacing it with the NX then Sony will for a brief period at least have 70% market share. If Wii U is allowed to keep it's market share and NX is given it's own market since it is a new generation past ps4 and Xb1 then Sony will have to sell a lot more consoles. Is it possible? Yes. Is it likely? No. MS is putting up a good fight. Then again people argued for days that Ps4 could never hold 50% market share and now we are here. So I'm not going to be sure either way.

WiiU will no longer receivcing additional marketshare when it stops selling and is discontinued

its marketshare is actually decreasing since PS4 and XBONE launch and will decrease further more over the course of the generation. It will though keep its marketshare for whatever unites it has sold even after NX releases.

WiiU was never added to 7th Generation comparision(PS3,360,Wii) as its an 8th Generation Console(PS4,360,WiiU) and NX will be 9th Generation(PS5,XBOX NEXT,NX)

NX will compete with PS5 and XBOX NEXT not with PS4 and XBONE
