Everyone? Even you and XBox fans?

Sony fans are excited for this collection, but not for the Gears one. Because they're Sony fans, not XBox fans (duh!). The same as XBox fans are excited for an eventual Gears of War collection, but not for the Uncharted one. That's just the nature of things. Stating this in a Playstation thread, the way you do here only tells me that you're here to try to cause trouble.

No, the entire community at a whole. Its almost forgotten already.

I am sure the hype will rise once the actual deal is properly revealed during E3. Still no point in trying to diminish the hype for other people. So I wonder what you are trying to achieve with such a comment...

Did I mention it wouldn't be successful? Also thank you for educating me that sony has been milking franchises for a while, according to fans on the Internet sony was the only one who constantly creates new ip and doesn't milk it's franchises, at least that is what is was told yesterday.

This post is telling me that youre trying to start something that doesnt need to be started.

The problem is that this has happened one too many times already. Threads have gone to shit, we have complained about it and still no action has been taken. I honestly don't understand this.

Have to validate that $60 price tag. /sarcasm

Remasters clearly aren't the thing for you, so instead of trying to thrust your subjective opinion on others maybe you should just leave the thread.

While its true that my opinion is subjective and i hate remasters, are you guys really downplaying the $60 price tag because you love the Uncharted franchise? It doesn't make sense to me, why anyone would get so hyped about wasting $60 to play the games they already played a few years back. If I'm giving people in the thread a reality check, and I sound negative, I'm deeply sorry, but i hate when publishers try to squeeze more dollars from their fans. I own the original trilogy for PS3, and I wouldn't buy a remaster for that price.

Should've come up with a more original name, sounds too much like Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

And The Master Chief Collection sounds a lot like The Sly Collection, and Jak and Daxter Collection.

ollection, which makes it different bcuase the name of the games is Halo. Sly is actually the name of the games.

There are also Metal Gear Collection, God of War Collection... All these names are the same, nothing to cry about here.

Well... Sly, Jak and Daxter are also the name of the characters.

"Sly: The Sly Collection" or "Jak: The Jak and Daxter Collection" would sound a bit silly. ;)

But its been leaked, its pretty much confirmed.

Weird that Sony is using the same name pattern as Halo:MCC.

Well, may be they figured that MCC was a great success even with the first months problems with multiplay it´s possible the public is more interested in singleplay.

You mean when a publisher is doing its job, or when a company try to make money? How dare they!

Sly is also the name of the character. Same for Jak and Daxter. Speaking of desperate, you're reaching far now. It's not different. And these are but two of several other examples, both in videogames, and in movies.

That Xbox fans somehow think MCC was the first to name it this was is baffling.

Exactly Halo is not named Master Chief 1 2 3.... The Halo collection is much different than Halo The Master Chief Collection. Uncharted has not featured a game without Nathan Drake, there was no need to try to seperate his name like there is some addition lore. Halo has ODST and Reach, which did not feature Master Chief.

I agree that a better price would be better. A better price is always better. But if 60$ is too much to pay, then this is not for you, or anyone thinking it's too expensive at 60$. Prices drop quite quiackly in this industry (except for Nintendo games... -__-), so if people don't want to pay 60$, all they have to do is wait about 3-4 months and then get it at half that price.
