Ok, so as we all know E3 is coming up here in a bit and every year we get all so excited, make predictions, watch hours of videos, read page after page of articles all leading up to the show. Then we watch the show, read tens of hours worth of articles and watch more videos. Then a few days later, it hits. The "oh my gosh, these games won't even be launching for another 6 months to 2 years and we have to wait another year for another E3" hits. For Nintendo fans, it isn't so bad because we get these wonderful things called Directs every 1.5 months or so on average (some out of the blue randomly like yesterday's mini direct), but it is still hard. I want to know what you all are going to do to get yourself through the weeks/months of PostEThree Withdrawl.

I plan on playing all 4 Paper Mario games and reviewing them each! (But only if Paper Mario 5 is announced, which if it isn't I'll probably go into a deep depression cycle knowing I won't be able to have it until at least late 2016 if it isn't announced this year).

What will you do?

Getting a job so I can make money so I can buy the games I want at launch that are announced at E3 :)

I've got a lot of games waiting in my backlog...

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Yeah, it can be a pretty deep funk once the hype dies down. I'm hoping to keep myself busy making reviews and other videos.

Other more important things in life that are not games will make me forget about any kind of disappointment or long wait.

Nothing different really. I try to complete my backlog and do what I normally do..

Though if I'm really excited, I may watch the Digital Event a few more times :p

This.

I think its going to be worse than most years, because the overyhype is enormous.

The MS overhype has been around for a few months - but the last couple of weeks Sony has caught up too. Both crowds have highly unrealistic expectations of what will be announced.

The Last Guardian will be shown this year whether you like it or not!

Working extra hours for Satan so I can afford that 980 while slaving away to free my soul from the large backlog I acquired on Steam, the usual.

I do feel some excitement from E3 now and then, last year was good for me and I;m hoping this years one will do good.

Games that are shown to us that won't come out until 2 years later, after the WD fiasco and W3 I've learned to just ignore those after feeling some hype and going back to my usual gaming.
