I went straight ahead with Nightmare Mode on my first try, which I heard it was akin to the original DR experience with tight clock and some other things. I enjoyed it, really, but I felt disappointed by some of the game's aspects, and the overall scheme of the story. Story bosses were also lackuster.

But I also had sky high expectations for Dead Rising 2 and that one managed to achieve them.

What spec is your PC? I'm curious to try Dead Rising 3  but expected my PC to be a bit stuttery with it. i5 nVidia, 970GTX, 8gb RAM. Would I be generally getting a solid frame rate with that?

Yeah, it runs fine with an i5-quadcore and a GTX970, I have the same combination.

It's a good game. At times, even great. But it doesn't really capture that "magic" feel 1 and 2 had.

I didn't play 1&2 although I have both but 1 is cracked. DR3 is a very good game and I love it. Much fun with it.

The first one and even the second were way better (for me).

Didn't liked the thirs at all, especially the MC.
