OT : I lold as most JRPGs on 360 were clearly not successful enough to keep publishing them. They even tried to Im@s and that backfired.

LoL JRPG Lovers laugh at Microsoft , they cannot even publish not-exclusive games like Persona , Star Ocean & Tales Series.
Last Generation was another thing as I enjoyed both of Mistwalker's RPGs. (Lost odyssey was a masterpiece & blue dragon was very good)

PS4 will have better jrpg selection no matter what. Better off seeing the best of the best like Final Fantasy and make time exclusive/exclusive marketing/bundles out of them to sorta give Xbox hardware a boost. That's about all you can do really.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Pretty much this: The more you defend the milking of shooters. The less variety of games you'll get.

The real question is, do XBox users really want JRPGs? I mean, why getting an XB1 if you wanted JRPGs?

Its like getting a Wii U and complaining that its missing adult shooters like the ones XB1 has.

This, even if a couple of JRPG's come to Xbox they'll pale in comparison to the amount that are/will be on PS4. So if JRPG's are your bread and butter, I'm afraid you picked the wrong console for that and suggest you go out and buy a PS4 right now.


Hell the PC is a beter option at this point.

Nah I will play XCX and SMTXFE on my Wii U while on my PS4 play whatever else Wii U doesn't get.

Naw, last gen they had alot of advantages and could leverage them. This time they have none and IMHO they dont seem interested in chasing this genre. One only has to look at the last half of the 360 life cycle to see that, not that i blame them.
