Never really did care for mods in games, but it sucks for people whom enjoy them :| Why in the earth would they make this for the singleplayer content?

I would suspect that considering how interconnected they are.  Maybe modders need to put together a separate launcher and stuff for a modded version.

Did the new patch intentionally break existing mods, or was it just a side effect. There is a big difference between the two.

Did they "officially" say the purpose of the patch was to break the mods?

I'm sure the bug fixes just got in the way of the mods.

No, but why would Rockstar say that? They intentionally are lying (not suprised, since they've lied god knows how many times).

Possible reason...platform of choice is not PC, and therefore it has no relevance to them.  But, that's just a guess.  There are also some who, for whatever reason, don't like mods.

I seriously doubt it. Rockstar did it intentionally.

If this patch's purpose was to do so, and the result is so evident, I'm sure they would say that blocking the mods was its purpose.

But anyways, the mods don't work either way, so there's nothing we can do.

i still think they are lying. And you need evidence, why do my mods not work? Clearly rockstar blocked it, and they don't have the guts to admit it.
