Trailer isn't bad. But "old" batman ruins everything. We need Christian Bale.

While I like Bale, he wasn't a very good Batman.

Probably because most people haven't read the comics. I love the Nolan trilogy, but it didn't do comic book Batman justice. Batman is a genius. He makes his own gear and is one of the best pure fighters in the DC universe. Hell, people even say he could match Captain America in hand-to-hand combat. Yet, Nolan's Batman can't do anything of that because he wanted to keep his universe grounded.

I'm actually very interested in seeing how Affleck handles the role. I think he could really do the character justice.

I don't, Nolan made those movies good, not Bale.  Bale was good as bruce wayne, but his batman was god-fucking-awful.  I honestly can't believe they managed to get through three movies with that ridiculous batman voice, because at some point someone had to burst out laughing at how dumb it sounded; it's like a six year old's interpretation of how batman would sound.
