The game I would certainly score a 100. But it seems every reviewer is ignoring the absolute bollock attempt at GTAV's story.
Basically, two old-friended white guys adopt a youthful black guy, black guy can choose to kill one, or none.
Last mission? A chase mission, a lame one at that. Even GTA PSP had a boat chase that was way more epic than the scripted car chase/climbing of this mission.

Seriously though (or at least as serious as i can be with metacritic user reviews), the majority of the complaints seem aimed at the download/install speed rather than the game itself.
