I ordered the Majora's Mask messenger bag a month or so ago and my coins were removed, but now that the service is going away, I can't seem to find any of my orders in my order history. Also when can I expect to receive this item. They said 3-5 months, but I have no word other than a comfirmation email of when I placed the order. Does anyone else have this issue or purchased this item too?

I'm sure if you got the confirmation email, you should be okay. Club Nintendo is glitching up because of traffic. I ordered a digital copy of Tropical Freeze and it asked me what my address was so it could be sent to me (a digital copy)

Check again in two weeks... As long as u have that email, you should be good but don't expect anything for a while

I ordered a soundtrack CD as a Platinum reward a couple of years ago. Never got any confirmation until months later when it was actually shipped. I swore they either never shipped it or somebody stole it because it took so long.

Buying physical rewards with coins was a much quicker process. Probably a week between the order and receiving of the item. You should be fine.
