I've always thought game could be anything from monopoly to baseball but a video game is played on a screen.

That's my point. I never thought of games as video games without proper stories or other features. Video games have always just been video games to me, regardless of content.
What? A game is something people play and a video game is a game that utilizes video.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
