If it were to be Destiny, I think Nintendo would ask to bundle all the DLC on the disk for a "special edition" similar to how they have Mass Effect 3. 

 

Problem is, the game itself is very short and depends exclusively on DLC to keep it running. They plan to release 1-2 DLC packs every year for the next few years, so waiting that long would mean most people would just stop playing.

If I wanted to play Destiny I would have bought a different console. Would be fun for the 4 or 5 people who want to play Destiny but only has a Wii U though

I'd be let down. I never play it on my PS4, and it being on Wii U wouldn't sway me to buy another copy (even to encourage more 3rd party support).

I told my friends the only way I'd get Destiny is if it was on PC or WiiU. I'd stay true to that statement and check it out. I think a game like Destiny would be perfect for the gamepad with the menus on the bottom screen and game on the top.
