He's all ready set to appear in Civil War and the deal is for crossovers. Meaning in Sony Spider-Man movies,MCU characters will appear and vice versa in MCU movies, Spider-Man can now appear and first movie is due out in 2017 under the Marvel/Sony deal with Marvel's Kevin Feige producing
