If I ended up liking a transexual in that way then i would see no problem with it.

Conversely, I find people being attracted to trans, simply because they are trans, as shallow as those that avoid/dislike someone because of it too.

That is very true...I mean you don't go up to any other girl and want to date them simply because they're a female, so why do people act like Trans are different-_- I mean, I admittedly have found myself attracted to a few trans girs but not because they were trans, they were just really awesome girls that happened to used to be boys and in some cases still have a penis. Not like I found out they were trans and was immediately attracted to them-_- I will just never understand "tranny trackers" :p Although I have had guys come up to me while I am out dressed as a girl that after finding out I'm not actually a girl  (I am pretty convincing when I do full make up and dress) and then wantnto date me simply because I'm "trans" (they very often don't get the difference between transvestite and transsexual)

Why not? They see themselves as the appropriate gender so they are that gender but I'd have to find them attractive, but that's the same with anyone I fancy.

Depends on who and direction of travel... I'm more attracted to the person than the gender (although preference is for women), so it really is contingent for me.

First of all the bolded is an unacceptable term. Secondly I don't think you understand what it is to be gay (or straight/bi ect).
